Valerie Kennedy has shown superior leadership throughout her varied career. Prior to becoming an insurance agent, she served as the branch manager of a leading recruiting firm where she successfully grew the business from a 30% share of the temporary business to achieving a 70% market share. She was responsible for P&L management, accounts receivable and managing personnel issues. She treated the branch as if it were her own business, which she attributes to preparing her to successfully operate InsurAide. Throughout her career, Valerie has effectively managed multi-million dollar accounts and has been consistently recognized for her high level of customer service and her strong ability to lead. Valerie graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida.
